We are lucky enough to have time to train today, well, some may think not but we are celebrating our Christmas tomorrow so today is a day to relax, train and reflect.
My physio is going really well so today I decided I need to add a bit of conditioning into my training. To warm up I did some kettlebell compounds, it's pretty amazing how winded I got with just a little old 18 Lb kettlebell but I did. Although I am only able to use my left arm for a few more months I still want to keep it mobile and get some conditioning in as well, nothing better than light compounds to get the job done.
Kettlebell Compounds
10 Swings/10 Highpulls/10 Cleans/10 Presses/10 Squats/10 Snatches = 60 reps x 4 rounds
Belt Squats
4 Plates Regular Stance x 10 Wide Stance x 10
6 Plates Regular Stance x 10 Wide Stance x 10
4 Plates Regular Stance Finisher x 20
4 Plates Wide Stance Finisher x 10
Adding up the amount of weight squatted today the grand total is 14, 400 Lbs when you think about it that's alot of weight for an old girl recovering from surgery so I'm ok with this today.

This on top of my shoulder physio for today I'm pretty much toasted. Yesterday I cooked for 5 1/2 hours in preparation for our Christmas on Boxing Day.
Next up, walking the dogs for the rest of my daily activities and I should sleep like a baby tonight, hope you are doing what you love on Christmas day!
