*7 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
This was week 2 of my 4-week Speed Wave for squat. The went went up to 325lbs + Average Bands this week, for 8 sets of 2. I'm still working on getting more "pop" off the box and being able to move faster while staying tight and keeping my head/chest up. On a positive note, I looked back at my video from last meet cycle with this weight, and I was moving faster this time despite the areas that still need improvement.
Notes for Improvement: Stay tight on box, release hips, explode right away off box (don't just accelerate at the top.

*10 squat stance, 10 staggered each side
B. Circa Max Squat Wk2: Box Squats vs Average Bands - 8x2 w/ 325+Bands.
