The girls were looking for a change of pace this morning, every once in a while I will throw in Circuit training. It honestly sometimes seems like a Circus, missing stations, mass confusion, but in the end the results are the same, one full hour of Metabolic conditioning.
5 Min warm up Joint Mobility
Swing Ladders
10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24/28/32 Kg Bells x 10 each
2 Minutes Clean and Jerks
2 Minutes Snatches
1 Min Sets of the Following Stations 30 Sec rest in between
Swing Squats
Bent Over Rows 1 leg, 2 Bells
Bicep Curl 30 Sec, Tricep extension 30 Sec
Sumoo Pulls
Double Bell Overhead Sit Ups
Dead Bugs
5 Pushups, Pull Through, 5 Triceps, 5 Suitcase Deadlifts
Good Mornings
Band Tricep Pulldowns
Band Lat Pulldowns
Ring Pullups
Double Compounds
Swinging Side Rows
Snatches
Seated Double Press
Goblet Squats
Circuit training is different, targets all muscle groups and can be challenging with 1 min sets.
