Trained at a globo gym near Calabash, NC again today and again I had a surprisingly good day.  I subbed in fat gripz on my power cleans since they obviously did not have an axle.

8x70 - I hate to say it, but having a mirror definitely helped me improve my technique on these as I noticed a tendency for my shoulders to be in internal rotation when I start the press.  Externally rotating so that my elbows were pointing at the floor caused me to instantly get strong(er) on this exercise.  Oh, to have a training partner with enough knowledge and experience to tell me the stuff I'm sodding up instead of having to muddle through solo.
