I started with some regular squats and moved in to close stance low box squats. I plan to throw these back in, I really think they are one of the best back builders and you still get the benefit of squatting.

I started with regular straight bar squats to get warmed up.

Close stance Low box squat- I used the elitefts box squat on the lowest setting and my feet in my deadlift stance

405x3 x 1 set

This was the first time I've done these in a long time. I'm writing this the day after and my back is pretty sore and tight.
