I never thought this day would come.
I did my first Crossfit workout yesterday, since I have been promising my friend for over a year that I would go. Needless to say… wow. I definitely have a hell of a lot more respect for Crossfitters after yesterday’s training. That was brutal and awesome.
Warm-up:

50 handstand pushups
WOD:
400 m. run
30 power cleans into push jerks (95 lbs)
400 m. run
For time.
I think I actually died. Completed that mutha in 13ish minutes; also, I RX'd it, which is apparently some kind of a big deal for a first-timer. Yaaayyy. #whoami #whatislife
