December proved to be an amazing meet for me! I hit my first 800+ lb. total, and went 9/9. My goal now is to beat my previous numbers by a 5-10% increase, and out-perform my last meet in every area. I am prepping for the XPC Finals in Columbus, OH. following the Minimalist/M2 Method by Brian Schwab. Brian has been my coach for just over a year now. The following logs are documenting my progress utilizing his training methods.

It's actually so refreshing to finally have a good squat day.
My glute has really been acting up (as mentioned in previous logs), but this morning it felt good so I thought I would go for it. Turned out to be a really good day and I am feeling very strong for The Arnold!!
NOTE: I am still figuring out this log stuff, so in the mean time if you would like to see my lifting videos, you can follow me on Instagram: omnomnomnomcookies 🙂
Weight is right around where it should be. I am fluctuating between 135-136 so this should be a relatively smooth cut for me.
