What a fun filled session, I had the pleasure of being joined by the cast of Barbell Shrugged today during my training session. I briefly talked about bench setup up but we mainly focused on the pump. I am 2 weeks post meet so programming is not focused on competition movements and training today landed on an upper body pump session. It took awhile and by the end of it I could not feel my triceps from the pressure stored up in them, I should never fail again on a lockout after this phase is over, lol.
Training was followed up by lunch and about an hour podcast where I had a blast talking shop with Alex, CTP, and Mike. Stay tuned for the podcast and fun training video!
