I worked up to 455 on the giant cambered bar for eight doubles- the focus was on speed and stability. My knee sounds like rice crispy treats, but whatever.
Speed Pulls
I had 315 bar weight and two average bands about midway through my lockout I took 15x1 every minute on the minute. That sucked conditioning-wise, but speed got better and better as I went- also my form auto-corrected itself.
These will have some carry over I already know.
Finished with ass and back- that's powerlifting.
