Well today was a wastequake of fecal matter. All my warmup sets felt like roughly zero point zero pounds and then my I failed on my last warmup set. I finally figured out that the weird drunken master style of tugging that I was doing, and that I thought I had mostly gotten rid of, for some reason came back midway through training today and I can't effing figure out why the bloody eff it happened, which effing pisses me off royally. I feel like this training block has been very productive and all my numbers this block were up from my previous block, and then I go and have explosive diarrhea all over the bed right at the end. One positive note is that the work I have been doing to correct for the tightness that caused me to anteriorly rotate my right innominate bone appears to be helping to prevent me from doing that anymore. The most annoying thing of all of this is that when I fail to set up correctly or fire my muscles properly to initiate the lift or whatever it is that I'm doing, the weight still doesn't feel heavy. My final set today after I dropped back down felt like I was pulling 225 through a tub of boodroscotch sauce - the weight felt like nothing, I just couldn't get moving properly to pull at a normal speed and do the deadlift right.

1x450
1x520 - Super easy
0x570 - Barely cracked the floor and knew I was out of position/doing it wrong. It felt like I was totally unable to keep any tension in any part of my posterior chain.
1x540 - This was as slow as when I pulled 700 in my suit and the only redeeming factor about it was that I didn't hitch. I was coming up unevenly and shifting and twisting all over the place, even though it did not really feel that heavy.
