Well, this day was interesting, I assumed being "leaner" my pull would be the one out of the three that would either still be solid or close, and boy was I wrong as fuck.
Again warming up the first thing I feel is my lack of explosiveness. I'll have to ask around- I'm not smart enough to understand why that is, but I want to know. I'm going to double up on my question asking another side effect of being prideful- I'm over that.
The second issue I noticed was- being forward on my toes, same applied to the squat too. I have to get my hips back under me again, this has been an issue I've had to correct several times in the past, so I'm not overly concerned.
