And my conditioning annihilated me. I threw a 40lb vest on and then set a timer for 20 minutes. Upon starting I picked up a 40lb sandbag and planned to walk and carry it for the entirety of 20 minutes. I did it but resisting rotation and low level bracing the entire time destroyed me. I was dripping sweat by the end of it, not due to the cardiovacular demands, but due to the sustained low level exertion. Definitely going to come to that again in the future. It was nasty.
