Training today while teaching our Daughter how to deadlift and bench. I always seem to get more volume in when I'm teaching, today was lots of extra for me, especially after squatting yesterday.

Really good training session today, feeling good about all my lifts and getting stronger by the day. Confidence is building and shoulder mobility is recovering nicely.
