Today I trained very early (for me) in the AM.  I had not nearly enough caffeine to support this and should have done an extended warmup rather than a truncated one, but I finally felt warmed up and less awful about halfway through the work sets on DL.  I'm glad this is a deload week as I actually feel like I need it this time around, which I normally don't (and which is why I'm going to schedule one less deload week in my next training block).
