Cambered Bar Low Box Squats (foam pad on box) 4x3 @ 595. I haven't box squatted in eons, probably since 2012? I opted to box squat this week to ease my hips back into the swing of things after the minor injury I had. They felt great and the foam box pad really lit up my glutes.
Sumo SLDL 335 2x8 345 2x8
Leg Extensions 5x15 super light weight, but held each rep at the top for 5 seconds and lowered for a 3 second negative. Because I hate myself. DOMS was ridiculous after these.
