Block 3, Week 7, Day 2 - DL/SQ Deload
I felt so good after my deload at the end of my last block of training that I actually went back to my previous training notebook (I started a new one in my current block of training) and looked up what I did. I did about the same thing with some minor changes to the weights and loved it again.
