4 Days post meet and my arms are still fried!
I am going to give my body a full week to recover before getting back to training. I see lots of people get back to training a few days after a full power meet and I don't know how or why they do it.
When you max out your CNS you need time to repair, recover and grow. Stress is stress whether physical or mental and I know my body best. Rest is best for me.
In case you missed my RPS Canadian Conflict meet results, check it out here, otherwise you will see me starting my off season training on Sunday. I have about 6 weeks to crank out the training to hammer my weaknesses before getting into the Arnold's meet prep.
