Block 11, Wave 3 - DL
Training is going great heading toward my highlander competition this weekend and the end of the semester after that. Hopefully I can keep things going through finals, but a wrench or five usually gets thrown in my plans about this time.

The plan for these today was to find a good weight and work back up on height with it. 30 lb DBs seem good, but we will see what happens when I start working up on height.

My R knee felt funky warming up on these, but it got better with each set so I kept going, but didn't try to increase my weight today.
