Well, I ended up making the decision to train today rather than tomorrow just to be on the safe side since tomorrow is my first day of classes.  Today went about 100 times better than my DL/Sq day last week, but that is how it's supposed to be since last week was my first time in my Jack suit in months.  Today I put the butter in butterfly, even though it was pouring down rain and I trained later than my norm and was almost to the point of bagging it and trying to somehow squeeze it in tomorrow.  Very glad I went in today because not only did I have a good day, and don't have to worry about finding time to train tomorrow, but now I can keep on track with my mini contest prep phase for sure and focus on more important things like when Harry Selkow posts video of some seriously radical surfing.

3x4x425 - This was the same weight I did for 3 sets of 5 last week, but since I did considerably more on my tugs, I have no problem with this.  Also, my briefs may be too small for me now since I'm down about 20 lbs of lard since February.

SS: Wtd Bulgarian Split squats/Single Leg Calf Raise

3x{10ea x 60/25ea x BW} - Everything I did today after DL generally felt awful, but I'm fine with squats feeling that way for now since they are immediately after DL (which they are usually not) and I actually did more overall on the BSS.  I did want to do prowler today, at least for a few drags, but as there was thunder and lightning accompanying the pouring rain and it was after business hours at the Unit, I didn't want to get fried to a crispy critter and have my corpse left out until tomorrow morning when people came back to work.
