This has been the month from hell with moving, 2 weddings, training for nationals at the end of the month, and taking an accelerated anatomy class, but the end is near with finals tomorrow and nats this weekend.  So here begins some catch up work on my training log.

3x365 - I switched back to good old squatting to parallel with no box and no briefs because I can tell I am not recovering sufficiently from my training and am slowly accumulating fatigue, which is good since that was one of my goals in this contest prep block, but also which I need to manage a little to keep it from becoming detrimental to my more important lifts.
