As age creeps up on us I feel 50% better if I do something physical everyday to prevent the stiffness and dull ache of my joints. I may only be 31 however I've been excessively active since I was able to walk. Young gymnast to every sport possible. Moving from one season to the next and summer camps were scheduled. I loved it and would never take it back but my body hurts. Physical pain is everyday. When I do nothing it increases severely.
Today I did cardio and static training.
- 20min sprint intervals on spin bike
- 3- 40 sec wall squat holds with 30 sec off
- 6 set of panks 15 sec on15 sec off
- 5 min of hip/glute stretches.
