4x280 - My right knee was feeling wonky on my leg drive on all reps and I couldn't change what I was doing in a way to make it stop.  It didn't feel hurt, just like something was tight and pulling in an increasingly uncomfortable way.  This is my fault because I normally roll out my legs when I warmup, but today I didn't and if I had I'm sure this wouldn't have been an issue.  At least all the reps were easy and felt fairly consistent.  Note to self - don't be a dummy trying to take shortcuts in my warmups.

Not sure why towel pullups were so awful today.  Hopefully it's just because I haven't done them in a month or so or maybe it's because I was doing more reps per set, but my grip was blasted after the first set today.
