After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Friday evening was a great day of training. With having the weekend off from training, it was kind of a relief. My floor press has been feeling really good lately, and I feel like I've been recovering from training better. Certainly something I will take for the time being.
