The alarm went off at 5:25 am today, right in the middle of my dream when I was just about to go down the rollercoaster. I was terrified in my dream yet pissed when my alarm went off that I did not get to finish my ride. I so wanted to go back to sleep but I didn’t. I fought the urge but only because I was accountable to two other dedicated ladies. Thank you Victoria and Kelly for coming over at 6 a.m. and getting my butt moving to do Kettlebells. Sometimes even the Coach needs a little encouragement or accountability. In all honesty my gym is in my home, heck I can train any time of day or night.
6 a.m. is perfect, get up at 5:25 and not have to worry about putting on make up or doing your hair. Just have a quick coffee to wake up. 6-7 train, shower head to work. My metabolism is burning all day and I feel energized. It’s a great feeling it truly is.
This morning was a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Some metabolic conditioning and muscle building.

A great morning session, feels good to back to the a.m. sessions and not held to a specific program right now. Off season training is the greatest feeling sometimes.
Another valuable lesson today, don't buy cheap bands. This band I used was old and from another company not Elitefts. On my last tricep pull down "SNAP" it broke clean in half. You get what you pay for !
