Happy Earth Day!

Every day is "earth day" for me. Don't reserve recycling stuff for one day outta the year!

Everything felt pretty solid today. My QL is feeling a lot better and my hips were fine today since I switched back to conventional. I kept my stance very narrow today (feet almost together) for more hamstring activation.

Bulk is going...so so. I have not been focusing on it as much as I should. My weight has gone up slightly but the slower the better anyway. Honestly it is just a matter of buckling down and actually prepping meals for myself. I am working and running around so much that it is hard finding the time to be honest. My priorities are still getting sorted out.
