Working on my stabilizer muscles again, I just find the Earthquake bar to be a total body F$&K.
2 x 40 lb Kettlebells on the bar seems too easy now so today I tried 2 x 52 lbs. What a blooper that was, you would have thought I had 200 lbs on the bar.
Bamboo Bench
2 x 40 lbs x 10/10/10/10/10/10/10
2 x 52 lbs x 5 (this was ugly but funny)
