I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'm looking to compete in December to wrap up the year. 

Got this one in early in the morning before heading to the airport to leave on a work trip. Convenient having the garage gym right there for this stuff.

Dumbbell Press  - 90 x 4 x 8. Nothing heavy but enough to know that both my elbow and pec feel healthy.

1 Board Press - 275 x 2 x 3. This was less about getting a training effect and more about knowing that I am ready to start really benching again.

Incline Dumbbell  - 55 x 2 x 20

Rope Pressdown - 75 x 5 x 12

Banded Hammer Curl - Green x 5 x 20
