Day 3 - Competition-style Squat
A. Squats (knee sleeves): 425x10, 455x1, and 500x3
My goal the past few months has been getting my 3 and 5 rep counts above 500 (after pushing my regular work sets)- Going to keep chipping away, and will be interested to see what squat looks like when I get back into wraps for a meet.
B. GHR - 3x10
