*Got a nice rep PR on my top set of 455, and then continued to work on slowly increasing the weight for my regular singles after being fatigued in my work sets. Continuing to make progress.
B1. Pause Squats - 3x3 w. 355lbs
B2. Chin-Ups - 3x6
C. GHR - 3x10
