Lower @ HB

I wasn't sure I'd be able to train today due to some changes to my schedule, but I finally managed to get it in at the end of the day.  My sleep has been jacked up, but I feel pretty much recovered from worlds other than that so I wanted to try working up to a 3RM on something I hadn't done in a while.  It turned out that things started to feel sketchy around an RPE of about 7/10 so I settled for a heavy triple instead of an actual 3RM.  Then I played around with the versa pulley at the end since I have never had access to one before.

The last set didn't feel that difficult, but it did feel BAD, by which I mean I could tell my body wasn't working well enough for it to be worth it for me to keep working up today.

After this I had every intention of doing an airbike tabata, but my quads were screaming at me as soon ass I sat down so I opted for some tempo work instead.  No need to wreck myself the first week back when I haven't even programmed out an actual block of training yet.
