Block 7, Wave 4 - BP/DL Deload

Today I finished up my midterms with my physical agents practical.  This is when, why, and how to use different types of heat, cold, ultrasound, etc.  This class is actually really interesting to me because even though a lot of it is not something that should be used often or for a long time, actually learning WHY you should only ice for 20 min followed by no ice for at least an hour and other similar practices is fascinating because it answers questions I have asked many people at different times and no one could ever give me a solid and satisfying answer until now.  Deload is going well and I'm looking forward to training at Iron Strong CF when they open their doors to the public this weekend.  More on that to come soon.
