The agenda for bench was chained floor presses. I enjoy added overloads and different resistance because it tricks the brain. Can't focus on just numbers because you have no idea what the weight is. Practice your form and go till form breaks slightly then back it down.
Floor press with chains:
- 135+1 chain x3
- 135+2 chain x3
- 135+3 chainx3
- 135+4 chainx1
- 115+4 chin x3
Flat DB press: worked up 70x2x10
Machine shoulder press 90x3x10
Hammer strength ISO lat row 6x10
Push UPS 4 sets of 12count descent till failure.
