Ever get so hungry you have to grab take out food but really don't want to because everything you stand for or everything you believe in goes against eating processed crap ? Leading by example is number one when trying to be inspiring.

Don't be caught without food prepared ahead of time. The most successful dieters prepare days worth of meals at once, usually Sundays so they have everything ready to go, no excuses.

Don't get me wrong, I certainly am not on a so called "Diet", in fact I hate that word. I believe more in a healthy life style, I cut weight when I need too. I am really enjoying being strong and muscular right now.  I am a believer in the Paleo Diet and I use Isagenix shakes and their other products as my other sources of nutrition.

Preparation is key, I usually try and cook Sundays for the week, today's menu included Chicken Stir Fry, Rice, Hearty Beef Stew.

My coach Molly Edwards told me just a little under a year ago, "Eat to Grow" ! So to pack on muscle you have to fuel the machine, unleash the beast and eat properly. I put on 15 Lbs of muscle!

My daily meals this week will include my Isagenix Pro Chocolate Shake for Breakfast,  Chicken Veggy Stir Fry for Lunch and a nice hearty bowl of stew for fuel after my evening training session.

Grab some grub, some tupperwear containers and get ready for your week, don't be caught off guard and have to resort to that takeout crap where you see all the over weight people eating. If you are going to train hard, feed your body properly !

The last thing I will say is do you drink enough water ? Do you know muscle is 70 % water ? Drink, water water water, all day long !

Training and Diet go hand and hand, you can't be successful at one without the other ! Like Peas & Corn !
