Today the powerlifting squad hit there heaviest bench press of this cycle. They did their 1st and 2nd attempt plus a third attempt off a 1board with just a little more than their third planned attempt. Everyone did great and is on track. Next week is openers and a little more volume after each session.
I did did sitting tricep push downs, sitting curls, Cable shrugs, bench press with bar/supersede leg raises. All were done at 4x12. Feeling better just have been dealing with a bad cough for last couple weeks. Seeing the cardiologist Monday for a hopeful meeting to take me off more mess and good news.
