Today our powerlifters hit their first second and planned third attempt on the bench press.  Commands and full comp set up was on the agenda.  Kyle hit a nice PR of 550lbs and Kristin hit a PR of 185lbs.  We deadlift Monday then slow it down till march the 5th.  I like to give the lifters options next week of either going up to their openers or last warm up.  Depending on what they need I give my 2cents.

For myself the stupid as fuck treadmill workout sat actually was smooth and not too bad.
