11/18 - Bench Press
Got a hold of Chris Duffin's Boomstick today at Lightning Fitness and worked out a bunch of nasty gunk in my pec minor that's been giving me some issues. It really paid off with a great, pain free bench session where everything felt like it was firing properly.
Bench Press 360 for 8 paused doubles, short rest periods.
Close Grip Football Bar Bench Press (feet up) 4x6
Incline DB Bench Press 80's 3x20, holy pec pump!
FatBell Tricep Twist Extensions superset we/ Fatbell Hammer Curls 4x8 into 4x10, love the Fatbells, they really do feel different and nice on the joints.
