2 Weeks until shoulder surgery, can't wait to use my arms again, until then, I'm building bigger quads and abs, sounds easy right? Until you take a challenge from a Team Member,  thanks Matt, all big and tough until you get the bands out. OUCH !

My abs were so sore from Sunday's GHR ladders when I sneezed I almost died, wow, upper and lower abs, I can't say I've felt that kind of DOMS for a long long time in my abs. My GHR is my new best friend.
