I'm on week 2 of 3 of a squat wave, triples week 1, double week 2, and a single next week. I took 600 a couple of weeks ago at elitefts for a surprisingly easy single, so, I was hoping to be able to hit it for my set of 2 this week. Squat has always been my weakest lift, so it was nice to be able to hit this for two. Despite probably being a little high. THis was only the second time I've used these super heavy elitefts knee wraps, I like them a lot and will use them in my next meet but they will definitely take some getting used to.

Like I said, probably a little high, but a great confidence booster. I'm not 100% what next week will look like for me, my wife and I are headed to Las Vegas for the week. I may head to London to train at elitefts Saturday and take a heavier single.
