This is the kind of training session that makes me love what I do. I was feeling strong, and had a lot of fun. This was another big rep PR training session for me.

I've really been enjoying doing JM presses since they feel great on my elbows and fries my triceps. I tried with the SSYoke bar today after seeing teammates doing this with great results. If you watch to the end of the video below you can see exactly how I did them.
