My first and only squat session where I get into competition numbers for this training cycle. I was a little nervous going into the heavier sets, but the weight surprised me when it moved really well. You can see on my set with 295 I was a little hesitant with the second rep and had a small sticking point. After I shook the dust off, I had a really clean 310 squat.
