I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'm looking to compete in December to wrap up the year.

This was a tough one to get through. I knew I was getting to the edge of too many training weeks in a row, I was right. The session went fine, but I was pretty over it by the end. No big deal, next week is a planned lower deload anyways so the timing works out nicely.
BUFFALO BAR™ Squat - 475, 475, 530 x 3 all in sleeves. I'm really happy with this. I've never squatted heavy in sleeves before, I think 530 for reps is close to the most I have done, even at heavier weight classes.
Deadlift - 4 sets of chain, 455 straight weight - 6 x 2
Box Squat - SS Yoke Bar - 365 x 5 x 3
Sissy Squat - Body weight x 3 x 15
Ab wheel roll out and Hanging Leg Raise - 4 x 10 each
