My secondary bench has been an ongoing adjustment-as thing should. My speed has been excellent, so I pivoted to something else. I start the session off with 315 for two sets of 25 and the move into to Jm presses,
Today was my last day for these, so I figured I'd get my ego stroked and take 505 for some reps, I ended up with 7.
Every week that I've done these my heavy day has felt better and better, looking for that next milestone on the bench-- to be continued.
