TTF UPPER WARM UP

Echo Bike. Tried to go little faster for 5min. Breathing was rough.

DB Incline BP 3x6 10lbs

DB Fly 10lbs 3x6. (rough ROM, due to chest)

DB Curls 3x6 10lbs

THURS

TTF LOWER WARM UP

Walked treadmill for 5min. felt ok.

Leg Press 10lbs 3x6

Calve Machine 3x6

TTF UPPER WARM UP

Lat pull downs. 3x6. felt terrible due to ROM.

Curl Machine 3x6 10lbs

Plank. attempted to go as long as i could. Hurt some due to chest.

Stretch

As far as groups we hit 5’s for all the main lifts.

The athletes getting ready for fall sports hit explosive movements (oly and banded speed work) then some strength. looking forward to seeing everyone test when they report.
