Was pretty sick this week. Had strep throat. When I get sick now I really get sick. Has to do with my immune system. Got some in though training wise.

TTF warm up

Incline Bench work up to heavy double.

(1 more rep than last time doing 315 and was sick!!!!!!)

Pull-downs 5x5. (Prime wide bar) 130, 160, 180, 200, 230.

July 6th

TTF LOWER WARM UP

Single Leg Curls 5x5.  Up to plate 5

July 6th

TTF WARM UP

Landmine shoulder Press. 5x5. Up to 110lbs

Chest supported Row. 5x5 up to 210lbs

Couldn’t do much cardio Thoracic rehab too fatigued.
Will pick it back up next week.
