Push Ups. tried to get full ROM but chest dit not allow. 6reps and stopped

Abduction/adduction machine 1x10

BW walking lunges 1x4 each leg couldt do well

FRI:TTF UPPER WARM UP

Pull downs 3x5 10lbs

DB incline 3x5 10lbs

Ab Machine 1x12 10lbs

For our clients and athletes we started a 15 week cycle. This week was 12’s on everything and 10min of conditioning at the end.
For the athletes who are leaving in Aug we hit our Oly lift or plyo of the day then went to the compound of the day for reps of 4. GREAT week for everyone!!!
