Tuesday. TTF UPPER BODY WARM UP. Foind a way to do push up with out too much pain. Did them with hands on a box. Not too terrible. 3x5
Ab machine 3x5 10lbs
DB curls 10lbs 3x5
Thursday. TTF lower body warm up.
Walked on treadmill for 5min.
BW Box Squat 3x5.
Prone Leg Curls 3x5 w/10lbs.
Stretch.
Friday. TTF UPPER BODY WARM UP
Lat Pulldown 10lbs 3x5
Curl Machine 3x5 w/10lbs
Plank 12seconds. Hurt too bad.
Stretch.
For my clients and athletes we wrapped up our 3 weeks of 5/2/1 tempo on all main lifts and 8’s on assistance exercises. LOVE tempos as the time under tension really helps me pick up on any weaknesses.
