The Outlaws never stop training, even when there is no competition in the near future for some of them. June 27th this year seems to be the day for every event I want to attend. In any event, my team will take the platforms again at the Niagara Falls Kettlebell Open. How they will survive their set is training like this, minimum 3 times per week. I got my own upper training in tonight before my ladies came to train, it's hard to coach and train at the same time so I trained before hand !
4 Mins swings, double Hand, one hand, alternating
2 Min warm up sport Set Clean & Jerk or Snatch
7 Min Sport Set switching hands at the 3.5 min
2 Min Heavy Jerks
2 Min Heavy Cleans
2 Min Swing Snatch Combo
2 Min Double Bell Set
2 Min Squat series Drop Squats/ Summo/Swing Squats x 2 sets
As for my training tonight I did a 5 x 5 set of Highpulls and Snatches
20 Kg Highpulls
20 Kg Snatches
20 Kg Jerks 10/10 x 3 sets
I get so much satisfaction coaching and helping these ladies exceed their goals and expectations. They show up, they sweat, train hard and sacrifice torn hands for stronger bodies!
