Getting yourself back to a training program or a kettlebell class doesn't have to be hard. You just need to have enough energy to get there, the rest will come with time.
My Outlaw Kettlebell girls proved this on Monday night. After returning back to class after a long 9 month break some of the ladies were a bit hesitant. It wasn't long until they realized if you put your mind to it, good things will happen.
Nice easy integration back with one minute sets at their own pace and bam, they are back!
