All I left on the rubber mats was a big pile of sweat. Sorry for the lack of video's tonight but I was too busy training to take video's.
Tonights theme was Kettlebell Krushers. I asked my team members what moves really "Krush" you. We put those moves into our training and let me tell you, we Krushed it.

4 Mins Swing Variations (Krushed the forearms, glutes & Core)
2 Mins Swing/Catch/Squat (warming up the legs)
4 Min Sport Set (Snatches or Clean & Jerk) (Krushed full body)
1 Min Double clean and Press (Krushed the delts)
2 Mins Bottoms up Clean/Hold (Krushed the grip)

1 Min Swing Squats (Krushed the legs)
1 Min Double swinging side rows superset with highpulls (Krushed the upper back) x 2 rounds
2 Rounds of Renegade Rows 5 pushups on bells, 5 rows each arm, 5 pushups (Krushed core, chest & lats)
3 Min Plank on the bells challenge (Krushed the core and arms) 3 out of 7 of us made it the full 3 mins, the others rested as needed. Good job ladies, way to plank it out.
SNATCH LADDER FINISHERS
5 LEFT /5 RIGHT THEN 6/6 7/7 8/8 8/8 7/7 6/6 5/5
That was 104 snatches in approximately 5 mins. A Krusher of a finisher, we left nothing in the tank tonight. The hour long clock ran out just in time.
Top team picks that Krush them was heavy clean & press, planks, renegade rows and I picked the bottoms up clean & press.
