Kettlebell ladders are a great way to work on form. They can be used on their own as an entire training session or as a finisher to any program. Give this series a try and if you use just the right size bell you just may find this total body session all you need. Run it through a few times or switch it up. Ladders are a fun and effective way of training with kettlebells.

Swing Left x 5

Swing Right x 5

Clean Left x 5

Clean Right x 5

Press Left x 5

Press Right x 5

Squat Left x 5

Squat Right x 5

Repeat doing 4 reps

Repeat doing 3 reps

Repeat doing 2 reps

Repeat doing 1 reps

Run this series a few times !

Rest in between if needed, always start with your weakest arm.
