Swing Left x 5
Swing Right x 5
Clean Left x 5
Clean Right x 5
Press Left x 5
Press Right x 5
Squat Left x 5
Squat Right x 5
Repeat doing 4 reps
Repeat doing 3 reps
Repeat doing 2 reps
Repeat doing 1 reps
Run this series a few times !
Rest in between if needed, always start with your weakest arm.
